Company Profile

I-SEC Technologies (formerly: ICTS Technologies) is a subsidiary of ICTS International N.V. - a recognized world leader in the provision of advanced, comprehensive aviation security services to airlines over the past two decades.  ICTS International N.V., whose shares are traded on NASDAQ (symbol: ICTS), is active at more than 45 locations worldwide. It is widely known for its in-depth acquaintance with the many facets of airport and airline operations; with security, Travel Doc checks and passenger processing; with the continuously updated rules, regulations and procedures that pertain to aviation security; and with its long-standing close cooperation with regulators in the USA and in Europe.

I-SEC Technologies ("I-SEC Tech") was established by ICTS International N.V. for the purpose of developing innovative technological solutions that enhance homeland security, effectively meeting present-day and evolving threats, yet enabling to accelerate the performance of the security checks without reducing their efficacy. I-SEC Tech's solutions meet all relevant regulator requirements, and protect the confidentiality of the individuals processed.

Combining its extensive technological development capabilities with the vast know-how and experience accumulated by the entire ICTS International N.V. Group in the field of security over the years, I-SEC Tech proceeded to design and develop state-of-the-art integrated systems, in many cases – the first of their kind worldwide.

The first system introduced was IP@SS (Integrated Passenger Security Solutions), which enhances security, accelerates passenger processing, improves customer service and comprises a platform for the Registered Traveler program and additional services. It also holds the potential of reducing security processing costs and manpower requirements. IP@SS, a fully operational system, has proven its effectiveness at main international airports in the USA, Europe and South America.

Due to the exceptional suitability and proven performance of IP@SS as a Registered Traveler platform, it has since been expanded and offered as a solution for facilities and sites at which large numbers of people gather (employees; as well as regular / infrequent / one-time visitors). The implementation of "Registered" programs, be it for travelers (railways, marine transport, etc.), spectators or others, enables to divide the relevant population into two segments: those who have registered, and those who have not. The fact that the registered individuals have already undergone security checks in accordance with regulator requirements as part of the registration process, and require only identity verification at the entrance to the facility, frees valuable resources to conduct more thorough checks on those who have not registered, have not been checked, and may potentially pose a threat.

Additional technological systems developed by I-SEC Tech include border control / immigration systems, which include forgery detection capabilities, and assist in combating illegal immigration; Automated TravelDoc – a valuable fine prevention tool for airlines and shipping lines; and I-SEC Tech's APIS+ (Advance Passenger Information) Solution, among others. Additional technological solutions for the homeland security market are currently under development.

In addition I-SEC Tech has also developed an advanced, front-end bank client security check solution, incorporating a sophisticated AML (anti-money laundering) module, to meet the security and regulatory compliance challenges faced by the banking industry today, concurrently ensuring that bank c
